Listening: A Travel Booking Dialogue
A travel booking dialogue is an A2–B1 listening text in the transactional service-dialogue genre. The audio covers a customer booking flights, train tickets, or hotel accommodation — including preferences (dates, class, refundable), price negotiation, and confirmation. Learners practise tracking multi-step bookings with prices, dates, and choices.
This worksheet builds A2–B1 listening comprehension through a travel-booking dialogue.

Price negotiation language: I’m afraid that’s outside my budget, can you do any better, is there a discount for.
