This policy explains how to cancel a JIMMYESL membership and when we refund. It sits alongside our
Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like, from your account page, with no fee and
no need to ask us. When you cancel:
- you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- you are not billed again;
- anything you downloaded while a member remains yours to use under our
licence terms.
If you would rather we cancelled it for you, contact us and we will.
Refunds
14 day guarantee. If the library is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of
your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
After the first 14 days:
- Monthly membership. We do not usually refund part-used months, because cancelling
stops the next payment and you keep access for the remainder. If you were charged after cancelling, or
charged twice, tell us and we will put it right. - Annual membership. If you cancel an annual membership early, contact us. We will
normally refund the unused whole months, at our discretion, less any month in progress. - Payments you did not recognise or authorise. Contact us before raising a chargeback
and we will investigate and refund promptly if the charge was wrong.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital
purchase. That right can be lost once you start downloading digital content, so we give the 14 day
guarantee above regardless, and it does not replace or reduce any right you have by law.
Free downloads
Worksheets we give away for an email address cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can
unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send, and ask us to delete your
details under our Data Privacy Policy.
